You are connected. Connected to the source of all energy that exists. All energy that exists can be and is impacted by your thoughts and emotions. If you focus on something bothersome or painful your brain with release chemicals that make you feel painful emotions and if you allow this cycle to continue, you will be recycling negative thoughts and emotions and creating more stress hormones in your body. Not cool.
The idea is to change your view. Change what you see as bothersome and painful. Be less attached to the traditional ideas of success and failure, for these are governed by your ego and not your true self. Be less concerned with trying too hard to do and be and be more connected to nature. Nature doesn’t need to try. Nature just is. Be MORE caught up in visions of yourself in your ideal life. Be MORE lost in the bliss of perfect physical health and effortless abundance. Even if that’s not how it is at the moment, dream it and feel it as though it were real. Stop trying to do the things that are unnecessary and just allow and trust your instincts.
Last but not least, give freely even if it feels like you have nothing to give. Accept that you always have a choice, and choose logically, intelligently and wisely.
